Someone took them and now THEIR RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED. is a tragedy that doesn't help the victims or their families heal.
This is the creed of the Sheriff's Dept yet they have closed off all avenues of investigation but one in my daughter's murder. They have operated with blinders on. After 3 years of getting nowhere it looks like they would get the message "Maybe you are looking in the wrong direction" and at least LOOK elsewhere. No one on this earth loved Charity more than me, no one has suffered more than me. Instead of helping this family heal they have created a living nightmare that has ripped it apart. Shame on you. I have lost so much respect for this department. We have been treated with disdain not grieving family members ever since Matt Raxter left the investigation. He knew how to run an investigation, not with arrogance and meanness.
She has not even gotten the respect of having her picture on this webpage though it has her name on the webpage. Go figure.
