The female may not have been from State of California but some other State she was not killed in Lancaster California on Sunday July 13th 1986 but was killed around July 9th or 10th 1986 but her body was just dumped there as for the shirt Jane Doe #49 was found with is a rare I found only one other image like the one she had. Jane Doe #49 may not have any living family and may not been a good home life for her she also may of had few if any ties to the area and the likelihood of her identified is sadly nil at this point and her Mother/Father may not have reported her missing or even cared too. Her teen like looks may have made her an easy target and she may have been picked up or offered a ride by someone they may have wannted a sexual favour done and she said no and they took it anyway but she was a target from her looks and build.
